3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before the start of any project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated individually to each client.

4. Revisions

We offer a set number of revisions depending on the type of service. Major changes beyond the agreed scope will incur additional costs.

5. Delivery

The delivery timeline will be specified at the beginning of the project. Delays may occur due to revision requests or unforeseen circumstances, but we will communicate any changes proactively.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will obtain rights to the final design work. However, we retain the right to display our work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our designs once delivered and approved.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project before completion with written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment for any work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, and any disputes will be settled in the courts of Ain Defla, Algeria.
